System Admin/Assistant Manager IT

Will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our networks, and end-user systems, while also supporting management in planning, vendor coordination, and rolling out new initiatives. This is a dual role, part technical owner, part emerging leader, ideal for someone ready to step up from a pure sysadmin position into a management track.

Key Responsibilities,

• Manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, Wi-Fi and CCTV systems across all company locations.
• Oversee ERP, DMS, and other systems in coordination with vendors and end users.
• Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers, help set up and maintain user equipment.
• Monitor cybersecurity, enforce IT policies, and ensure data backup and disaster recovery readiness.
• Provide IT support and mentor junior staff.
• Assist with IT budgeting, asset management, and procurement.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or industry certifications 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years of hands-on system and network administration experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or export-oriented industries.
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles
• Experience with common operating systems and hardware platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• A working knowledge of ERP systems, DMS (Distributor Management System) and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Willingness to be on-call when needed, and the people skills to work across the shop floor and the boardroom.

Logistics and Supply Chain Executive - Dambulla

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for managing warehouse and delivery operations.

Ideal Candidate:

Managing operations in the allocated warehouse unit.

Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and production teams for smooth operations.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and warehouse operations following FIFO and 5S standards.

Oversee accurate reporting of stock movement, dispatch, and documentation.

Oversee delivery operations, including dispatch and monitoring of delivery efficiency and timing.

Ensure proper maintenance of logistics resources.

Prepare regular performance reports and support budgeting activities.

Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management Or logistics.
• Experience in Inventory Management, warehousing or logistics management
• Very strong organisational, time and people management skills
• Strong IT skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
